If you’re looking for a great excuse to not cook, meet up with friends or treat yourself to a date night; then I have great news for you: Houston Restaurant Weeks is back!
Every year restaurants all around the Houston area partner up with the Houston Food Bank for their largest fundraiser of the year: Houston Restaurant Weeks! Between August 1, 2019- September 2, 2019, patrons are able to receive special pricing for set menus at some of Houston’s HOTTEST restaurants located From The Woodlands to Galveston to the inner loop to right here in the Lake Houston area!
Meals vary in cost from $20 for 2-3 course brunch & lunch and $35-$45 for 3-4 course dinners. The restaurants donate directly to the Houston Food Bank based on the number of meals they sell during the event. In 2016, Houston Restaurant Weeks raised over 2 Million dollars and was able to provide over 6 million meals those in need!
While there are restaurants all over the city supporting this worthy cause (and filling our bellies with delicious food); we wanted to shine a light on the Lake Houston restaurants participating: Union Kitchen in Kingwood, Zammitti’s Italian Ristorante in Kingwood, and Wholesome Kitchen in Generation Park!
Check out Houston Restaurant Weeks for more information and menus for participating restaurants all over the greater Houston area!
